I had a loss in May. I didn't get a negative HPT until late June and I had a period only 11 days later. On my next cycle, I got my period only 5 days after my positive OPK. Now I'm having cramps and only had a positive OPK four days ago. This is my first time using OPKs but I though AF should come closer to 14 days after a +...is my body still adjusting? I'm so frustrated. I wish I knew what to expect. Any insight would be appreciated.
