Birth control ( A little TMI)

I was put on birth control for 3 months because of cysts and fibroids. Today is my last day taking the blue pill, I am still on the first pack. Now the thing is that I had been sick for the past 2 weeks so me and dh haven't had sex till last night. When I went to the bathroom after there was a streak of blood when I wipe. This morning there is more blood ( I have to wear a liner)but my last period was on the 8th, today is the 28th. My glow app says I have 5 more days before my period starts. I am confused, is this my period or is this from having sex last night?. This is my first time on birth control so I don't really know what expect.
