TMI...

Hey lady so today will be my 4th day that I'm late on my period so far no symptoms that I'm going to start I have not taken a pregnancy test yet but I wanted to know your guyses input. Last night me and my husband had sex but I had to get him to stop as I started to get horrible pain in my pelvic area it was like cramps but more sharp it lasted for over an hour and only one away because I took medicine and went to bed. This morning the pain is gone but still no period but I also have like a creamy discharge should I take a test or should I just wait it out...?
