Prenatal vitamins making me nauseous any tips?

Hey mamas!! I'm 5weeks today😄. Took my gummy prenatal and 15 min later felt extra extra nauseous. I'm pretty sure its the vitamins and not morning sickness. Any tips on what I can do? Congrats to all by the way💕💕💗

Take them before bedtime, that way you're asleep when they dissolve. I never have a  problem with nausea at night, even though I and up 100 times a night to pee.

Take one without iron. Iron is what makes you nauseous

Try taking them with food.  That has helped me!

I had major problems with prenatals. I started using the Nature Made brand at Walmart and didn't run into the issue anymore.  Also I make sure I take it right before I eat.

I noticed mine make me feel sick if I take them on an empty stomach. Definitely take with food!!

I take mine right before bed and it seems to be working. No ms yet :) good luck to you. I did have terrible ms with my last two pregnancies so bad I had to quit taking prenatals all together..
