Hi ladies. I am 30 weeks and feeling like I need to nurse to get this feeling of engorgement to go away. Of course there is no baby to nurse just yet and I wouldn't dare let my more than willing other half offer his assistance. No need to go into preterm labor. My question is, is this normal at 30 weeks. I've noticed flaking or peeling of my nipples that have exposed where the milk will come out for breastfeeding. It's weird because I don't remember this from my other children thus is a first. The have sore nipples, sure breasts and they are painful to the touch. Should I prepare to leak milk? Lol that would suck....help please.
