After Sex?! What do I do?

Hello ladies! My husband and I are TTC and I have read some things about holding your pelvis up or not going to the bathroom after sex. Is any of this true? Should I be doing anything special after we are done or anything I defiantly shouldn't do? Thanks for the help!

We tried for 5 months and The month I concieved was the month I decided to elevate my hips for 15-20 minutes after intercourse.

I always use the bathroom after but apparently it didn't flush the swimmers out 2years ago.....

I think if you don't go to the bathroom afterwards it can cause problems like a UTI, apparently the sperm gets to where it needs to be pretty much straight away!

I don't know how true it is, but I tried keeping my pelvis elevated on our 3rd month TTC #1. I like to think it helped cause that was the only thing I did different that month. It's harder than it seems though, but I have slanted ceilings, so I would just put my feet on the ceiling and try to keep that position for 5-15 minutes after intercourse. I also make sure, if I have to go, I use the bathroom before Bd'ing, because I feel like I'll push the swimmers out if I go afterwards.
