Cramping or baby movement??

Question

Anyone feel like they get cramps from their baby moving down low? I can't quite figure out the pain I've been getting...but I'm wondering if it's from baby moving around.

I've had some pretty big contractions that I know are contractions...but I also have these moments where it hurts lower down and I can't tell if it's the baby moving or a contraction! It's very confusing!
