Can I take a bath?!?! C section. 3weeks post op

Can I take a bath I'm three weeks postop from my C-section. I'm Dying to take a bath my incision seems to have healed great. I got my staples out two weeks ago.

Also, the effort it takes to get in and out of the tub could cause some ripping, or hernia

No. I just had my 2 week checkup for my c section and she said keep it dry as much as possible so to me that sounds like soaking in a bath is a bad idea.

Nope! Don't do it! You may seem like you're healing well but soaking in a bacteria infested tub is a horrible idea! They've actually swabbed bath tubs and toilet seats and guess which one had more bacteria? Yep, the bath tub!!! Just wait a few more weeks girl...and disinfect that tub first!! 😉

Nope you need to take a shower and keep it dry you dobt want there to get a chance of ab infection I had an infection and I wouldnt wish that in anyone just wait till your completely healed
