It's possible but I never heard of it. Maybe  she gets pregnancy glow, and she is confusing that with glowing.

It actually is a thing. a couple of my friends had their lips swell during pregnancy. It actually looked pretty great on one of them which made us laugh. She'd always wondered what her lips would look like fuller, as she has pretty thin lips, and she got to find out for free. Kim maybe addicted to herself, as I fear lil sis Kylie is as well, but she's telling the truth here.
