How to properly keep ultrasound pictures?

What did you do to your ultrasound pictures? I want to save them but I am afraid of them messing up! A few people that I know have been heartbroken because the heat has messed up their pictures in a photo album. And ideas??

Depends if they are on photography paper or thermal paper. The regular photo paper will last forever, the thermal paper will eventually fade so I would scan them on a computer that way they are saved.

I scanned mine in at Walmart/target/Walgreens photo place instore and made a print out of each so they wouldn't fade with my first and second. So far #3's ultrasound reel is sitting on the counter :)

I put them in her baby book, before I got her baby book I had them in a envelop.

Mine I think are just in envelopes starting over 5 years ago. You could always takes pics and put them on a cd
