Peak on cb digital but is this negative on cheap OPK?

Hi,
after 2 days of flashing 'high' smileys i had my peak smiley today on cb digi.
I have just done a ic OPk and this is the result. Am i right in thinking this is negative and should it be positive by now?
I have EWCM and slight cramp/ov pain.
Any words of wisdom appreciated.
