Did my plan b work?

I took plan b august 8th about 37 hours after the condom broke. I had bleeding for 4 days about a week later then I finished my period this morning. It was 7 days long, so I basically had bleeding every other week. My pelvic muscles right below my stomach seem to be push out a little more than usual and my cervix seems to be smaller. I haven't taken a test yet and wasn't planning on it because I had my period and break through bleeding. I was wondering if it's possible for me to be pregnant or if my mind is playing tricks on me. What do you think?
