Brown blood is old. It could be spotting from sex, if not then you could be passing old blood from elsewhere. I would go to the ER and request a pelvic exam as well as an ultrasound to check for any hematomas. They're common in pregnancy and normally resolve themselves with or without bleeding.

I'm 25 weeks and had brown pink discharge today, went to labor and delivery to day to get checked out and it was nothing

You should be fine as long as it is brown. I had the same thing about the same time with both of my kiddos. I have a healthy boy and am 7 month along with the second.

It doesn't look like much, and they say brown is old. But you could call your dr just to be safe
