A little bit of all 3 for me. At night I pump when he eats. During the day time I pump every 2 hours. Though I get behind sometimes and go for a few random pumps too haha...keeping those boobies on their toes!! 😝

Mine is 3 am, 8 am, 11 am, 2pm, 5pm, 8pm, 11pm. My baby boy is almost 9 weeks old!

I pump right after I feed my daughter unless she takes an extra long nap and my boobs start hurting then I'll
Pump b4 she eats.
