What do you use for your period?

I use both pads and tampons. I can use pads for 8hrs with no problem so I use them for school and change it if I have to but after I get home I usually use a tampon

Used to use tampons but now they're just uncomfortable so I use pads.

I used to use tampons but I stopped using them a few years ago. I get horrible cramps and an ex coworker had suggested I try pads again. I did and my cramps were significantly better. Now when I try to use tampons my cramps are so bad I can't even stand up. I'm afraid to try the cups for this reason. Anyone else have this issue?
