Possible. Pull out method is reliable if it's done right. But we don't know if he had pre cum, or if he pulled out a while before or right as it was coming out so anything is possible. The 28th probably would have been too late because you would have ovulated but you never know. Good luck!

Any time you have sex there is a risk of pregnancy. Using the pull out method increases that risk. It's only 73-94% effective or something around there, I don't remember the exact numbers. Deliberately coming inside of you DEFINITELY increases those odds. And yes it is very possible that you could get pregnant. You can get pregnant at any time, not just fertile days. I got pregnant on my period haha I'm not sure if you are ttc or not. If not, I would suggest not letting him cum inside you, and not using the pull out method. Use a more effective method such as condoms, birth control (many forms), spermicide or a combination of those. I would wait until your next period, if you miss it/are late take a test
