Do you have to weigh at the prenatal appointments I seriously dont want to can you decline to do so

Its best to get your weight... The doctor goes off of this for many reasons and it is important during pregnancy. For your health and the baby! 😊

You can turn your back to the scale and ask not to know unless any weight gain is a concern to you dr.

They weigh you every time... But you don't have to know what it is... I struggled with an eating disorder in high school, and one of the ways i recovered was not using a scale. When I got pregnant with my first, I feared the scale and what it would do to my mental state. The nurses were awesome... I just looked up and they quickly recorded the number and I never knew...

Every single time. And it's best that you do. You can ask them not to tell you but it's important that they track your growth :)

I'm sure you can if you really want to but it helps the doctors to determine how much weight you are gaining with the pregnancy. It is for the health of you and your unborn child.  If you gain too much or little it could be an indication that something is wrong like gestational diabetes or something.  If you don't want to know you could always step on the scale backwards and ask that they not tell you unless there is an issue.
