Does having sex every day really lower your husband's sprerm count?

It only really makes a difference if a guy has a low sperm count. Even glow will tell you that people who have sex every day during fertile window have a slightly higher chance of pregnancy. My hubby and I did it every day the month I got pregnant.

No. It does not. Waiting too long between sessions is actually worse. Old sperm is less mobile.

I use ovia too and it tells you random tid bits and it said one day that having sex every day does not lower sperm count and that it was a myth

I think it just depends on the person in general. Who is to say this applies to every person. I'm sure there are couple who have sex every day and aren't trying and end up pregnant. Or even more than once a day. The only way I got pregnant all four times(2 of which I lost) was to have sex everyday in my fertile week. In fact with my daughter I was more irregular I had sex everyday for an entire month. After two years of trying everything else!

Such a  controversy topic. I read every other day but then the next website says it doesn't really matter if the guy has good swimmers. We did our first three months every other and this month every. Will see in a week I guess 😉
