Best option..?

Okay so the shot made me bleed constantly as I took it. Like I bled for months, i always forget the pill because I have work and my schedule is always being shifted around as well as me traveling. So if someone could give me some options that would be awesome! Note I do have ovarian cysts and I'm also looking for things to help with pain... As I've gotten older it starts to hurt more and more.. I can't take much of this pain...
