Anyone else have an overwhelming feeling to be alone? I'm an introvert with my husband, meaning we only like spending elongated periods of time with each other, and often ditch plans with friends just to watch Netflix and wrap ourselves in a blanket burrito. However as of lately, I've just been in a mood where all I want to do is lay in bed, alone, with the lights off, blinds closed, and watch Netflix all day and don't even want to talk at all. It's not so much depression as just extreme secludedness.
