Are thermogel breast pads?

Are the thermogel breast pads worth getting? Advent has them and I saw some lansiloh pearl breast pads as well, you can use them hot or cold. I'm thinking they might be nice to use when I have to pump at work. Anyone have any experience with these being helpful?

The lansinoh pearls are great. I used them both warm and cold. Worked great for engorgement relief and helped ease the ache when weaning my DS. Easy to use too.

I like the gel packs, I bought them when I was having let down issues and they work great, they also heat up really quick :)
