Ive had mirena for 4yrs, got it removed on the 2 of December.. my obgyn said everything is working like it should be, so should i be concerned or just go with the flow and let it happen when it happens?

If you hit the year mark with no luck, then try talking to your ob again.

Also, if you haven't been, you can try tracking your ovulation and increasing your odds that way.
