I just found out I was pregnant last week but I smoke cigarettes anyone have tips on how to quit I'm down to 4 a day but if I try to go all day without one I get sick

I was a bad smoker right before I found out that I was pregnant with my first child. I told myself I would quit as soon as I found out that I was pregnant. So a few days after I confirmed that I was I tried to smoke 1 and I got nauseous and just threw the whole pack out of the car. Then it was self control from there. I told myself I would rather be sick than get my child sick.
