Vaginal odor

4 years ago when i was 15 I've noticed a smelly odor coming from my vagina. Every time i take off my underwear i can smell the odor on them and i hate it!! I bought a soap but i dont think it's helping. I wash it very good like extra good! when I shower and i feel like the smell is still there. It makes me feel so unattractive to my boyfriend specially when hes eating me out because i feel like he can smell it but im to embarrassed to ask him..
