When are repeat c sections usually done?

My friend said 35-36w but I'm pretty sure it's above 37. For 2nd-3rd c sections when are they normally performed? It wouldn't even be safe at 35w would it?!

Ya I don't think that early is normal, it's always best to have baby stay in the womb as long as possible unless medically necessary to do a c section sooner
