Heavy to light
Anyone usually bleeds heavy, then out of no where got a light period? This is new for me. Barely bleeding. But i sure as hell feel the cramps. I did some research that it has to do with diet maybe....idk. Just weird n im worried. Havent had sex since march. Long distance relationship.
