Is it normal??

Question

Is it normal to bleed/spot after sex? My husband & I haven't had sex in a while since I have had no desire and we did tonight & now I'm spotting a little is this normal??? I'll be 12 weeks Tuesday!

My ob told me it is when I asked if sex was okay. She even said there may be cramping/contractions of the cervix said that's normal too.  She said a little spotting is normal anything more (like period blood is not).

Yes. Very normal. My doc told me I could abstain if I so chose but it was perfectly normal. He told me if it worried me too much to ensure DH is gentle.

Yeah it's normal. I bled lightly at 6 weeks and then heavily at 7 weeks after sex, I'm now 14 weeks with a healthy baby and I just have a 'vascular cervix' which is really comment apparently
