It's natural to feel bad about your body sometimes. I go through the same thing every once in a while, and I'm sure everyone does. Take time to pamper yourself. Take a long bath, buy some new perfume, splurge on a pretty top, do something good for yourself, and you might start to feel better about your body. Remember that you have someone who loves you and loves your body too, that is very important. Do little things to love yourself a little every day, and I promise it will get better. And love those scars too! They're the mark of something horrible that you survived...just don't add to them.

I have such a weird body type, pancakey boobs, chubby tummy, back fat, lovehandles, double chin, fat arms... and my scars from self harm make me feel even more ugly ): my SO does everything in the world to make me feel beautiful but I just do not think I am...):
