This is TMI but I'm scared and need help.

I got off the depo shot in April, didn't get my period until June (for two weeks straight) and I haven't started yet(today being August 30th)... I think. I'm not sure if I would consider this an actual period though. 

I've been spotting blood, but it's dark and dirty. I've never had that. I've also never had cramps that made me what to crawl in a corner like the 'stereotypical period' until the other night... Two days ago, I woke at 6:30 am with crazy pains in my lower tummy, where period cramps would be. That's one or two days after spotting. That whole day my tummy felt tight and every now and then I would get another hard pain but it would be gone in no time. 

Well I came home tonight (this is where it gets to be a little 'much') and went to the bathroom. That same nasty dirty blood was on my underwear and when I wiped, there was a little blood 'clump'. It wasn't in solid form or anything, it was really more watered down than anything but I'm still concerned. I've had a miscarriage before and it went nothing like this. I haven't been cramping at all today. Thats why I'm confused. 

I don't have insurance so going to a doctor is a little out of the question. I was going to see if I could get advice or help before anything else. Maybe someone else has been in my shoes? Please?
