Okay so i'm 5 weeks and 3 days pregnant and coke have been making me not have symtoms. Should i be worried, is it good for you or should i stop ? HELP! its my first pregnancy too

My dr said caffeine is ok in small amounts. I think it's more of the sugar in a soda. I don't see why you couldn't as long as your still drinking a lot of water.

Caffeine is not recommended. My doc said not even a little.

As long as you're limiting to 1 a day, you and baby are going to be just fine. Your body is already used to the caffeine and stopping cold turkey could cause more harm than good with the shock it brings. Make sure you're drinking enough water (2 liters at least) but otherwise, you're okay!

A little is ok. Maybe try the mini cans of coke & slowly wean yourself as you get further along. In those early days it's all about survival & if it is helping, then at least you can be comfortable.
