So we're ttc #2 for about 4 months now and for the past week I have been getting the milk let down sensation in both breasts. I tried googling the tingling sensation and that was just the wrong thing to do. A lot of sites talk about cancer. I took a pregnancy test but it was negative. It may be to early because I'm 7 days away from my period.

Have any of you gotten this feeling and found out you were pregnant?
