OPK test results: positive or negative? Clearblue flashing smiley/cheapie shows negative
Please read description to see why I think the Clearblue is positive (ie, because it flashed the smiley)
Hi ladies,I need your help understanding my OPK results because they're starting to really annoy and confuse me. I haven't been seeing any surges (for the past two months) on my cheapie OPK strips, so decided to use my Clearblue advanced digital in parallel the cheap ones this month, to see if they showed the same results.
According to glow and another <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">period tracker</a>, my most fertile day was yesterday. Both test kits failed to detect any surge leading up to yesterday, so I decided to test again today. Today, the cheapie was the same as always, but Clearblue was flashing the smiley (which means peak fertility). Then, when looking at the actual Clearblue test strip, it's the same as the cheapie. What gives?? Was that a false positive flashing smiley on the Clearblue? Sorry for the rant but these tests are making me crazy, when I originally started using them to feel more sane and in control of the process. 😔😢
Based on the photo of the tests, what are your thoughts?
