Help.....

So i was laying in bed the other night after a shower, just wearing my skin. I looked down at my toes(really need to be painted again) and noticed a indention on the inside under part of my left breast. Now let me say this for the record. I am in No Way shape or form part of the itty titty party. (God knows i wish i was). My question is should i get this looked at? Im 25yo, in fairly good health...ive had a duct removed from my right breast but other than that and having cystic breast tissue(say DR but every woman in my family has the same breast tissue feel) and the fact that they have always been well developed for my frame ive never really had to deal with breast issues..... Someone please help. If you need a picture i will provide np
