Skyla IUD and Anxiety

I had the Skyla IUD inserted back in February. At first it was rocky but now it's working fabulously except for one thing, my anxiety. I've always had anxiety issues but I was able to go off medication and deal with it myself. However ever since I had the IUD inserted my anxiety is out of control. I literally feel crazy. My mind is constantly in overdrive and I'm worrying 24/7, so much that my sleep is hurting tremendously. I finally gave in and went back on Celexa which has always worked until now. I still feel insane and now I realize its all around the same time I had this thing put in. Has anyone else had this issue?
