does anyone still drink faucet water?

last night we were out of bottled water so.i made some cinnamon tea with faucet water.

well once the water was boiling and I was getting ready to throw in the cinnamon, I noticed that there was a bunch of white flakes in the water...

wth was that?

I threw the water out and boiled new water from the faucet again thinking maybe my pan was dirty.... but the flakes appeared again.

I makes me wonder .. is the water contaminated? maybe that's why there's s rise in "unexplained infertility "??
