Constantly hungry!
Hey all. I'm nearly 5 weeks and constantly hungry - I mean all the time. I snack on healthy foods, fruits and veggies and I eat much more than usual at the regular meals. Getting so frustrated, and so hungry. My bmi is regular and a excise every two days -so no major fitness fanatic. What do I do people and how to alleviate this hunger?
