Possibly pregnant?

My mirena expelled June 15th after having 30 days with nonstop bleeding. I have had period since then. I've had ewcm multiple times and cramps on on and off. Last pregnancy test I took was June 27th. Just noticed twice last week after sex I had a few drops of blood after wiping and that's it. I've had sore nipples for 3 days like someone put clothes pins on them lmao and having light cramps on and off. I'm thinking I possibly was ovulating without a period and plan on testing next week. We've been very sexually active like 3-4 times a week.
