When to test for ovulation

If your periods are irregular I'm currently 8 days late. Negative test. When should I start my ovulation tests?

Answer

If ur period is late u don't use ovulation  test to see if ur pregnant ovulation  tests r used to detect when ovulation  is happening  or about it
