I have been ttc#2 and I started using soft cups with my menstrual , so when I came across an article saying that there's a way to help conceive by placing them in after there's sperm in ,that it will help hold the sperm in place , so since sperm live 3/5 days you won't miss out when you ovulate, I have used them 2 x's this week , who has used them , how, and with or with out success! :-) thanks beforehand !p.s sorry so long
