Anyone else with depo?

Why is it taking so long to get regular? Off it in  june, last shot in February.

It took me about 9 months after it was out of my system to start my period back. I wish they explained that to women better before they got it

I was on it for 2 to 3 years and never had a period! I thought it was great because I could have sex whenever and not use protection or have to pull out! That was until I found out that from not ovulating or having a period, I now have a VERY tiny brain tumor from my prolactin levels being so high and I have PCOS, or Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. This is where one of my ovaries have a bunch of little cysts on it. I'm getting it all taken care of now, but will not go back on Depo!

That birth control should not be legal

I was on it for a year.  Got off it when I realized it was messing with my Bipolar. (Making more manic)  
It caused me to gain 20 pounds in 1 year and took me forever to get my period back. Also it caused me to have cystic acne for a bit it's just a bad birth control and no one should be taking it

I only did 3 shots of depo and didnt get my period back for almost 2 years. It was unpredictable for few cycles and then went back to being on track. Hubby and I have been ttc#3 for 10 months now and haven't had any luck conceiving.

Hubby and I are TTC baby #2. My periods have been all messed up since stopping depo in November. I only had 1 dosage in August. I've basically been bleeding for 3 months straight. My doctor has prescribed me to take Sprintec for 30 days and believes that will get my cycle to normal. I hope it works.

I was on it for a year i didnt get my period til 6 months after ... It takes time cuz the hormones in that bc are strong. Just give it time it should kick in within the next month or 2.

I didn't even get a period for almost a year then it was only every 2 months for another 8 months until it finally went back to normal

I got my last shot in June 2014 and bled from sept to dec . My periods were abnormal never knew when they'd come . I am now pregnant so I plan to just stay away from the depo afterwards
