Morning sickness or stomach virus?

I've never had MS before so I'm not sure how to tell the difference between the two.  Up until now I've just had a few episodes of gagging but no actual throwing up until this afternoon. I've liked 5x in 3 hours and I can't keep water down. I've heard some women have severe MS - is this how it is? Stomach virus and just ride it out? I hope it's not a preview of what I get to look forward to for the next few weeks!
