Cold along with heartburn ! Misery :(

Iv been having a cold for 2 weeks now, started of with a sore throat then i got all stuffed with and blowing my nose 24-7 and now a cough. Now that i have a cough i feel like my heartburn got 10x worse. Along with that im belching all day which gives me major chest pains! I feel horrible taking meds but im so miserable. I sleep sitting up !! Does anyone take heartburn meds daily?? And is everything ok with the baby? I feel so bad 😩😢
