Tomorrow I will be 30 weeks exactly and today I was told that I was 1cm dilated. My dr is taking me off work and on bed rest ASAP. With being overwhelmed with this news, I didn't bother to ask her what all consists of bedrest and what i should and shouldn't do. Any suggestions? I go back in next week, and I'll double check with her.. But just wanted some ideas because I want to make sure these munchkins stay in as long as possible! I also have high blood pressure :(  Had some shooting pains  that  went from my neck to my lower back the last few days as well (forgot to mention that to the dr)
