When to have baby shower?!

My baby is due jan 25th and I'm struggling on when to have it.. The 8 weeks left mark is right during thanksgiving.. So that weekend is out, along with then one before and the one following due to families having get togethers. I do not want to wait till December because once again everyone is getting their Christmas stuff done and Christmas's are starting... Do you thing having it at 29/ 30 weeks pregnant is too early? Our only option is November 7th. I do not want to do it after Christmas, because you run the risk of baby coming early and life flipped upside down..

Doing mine in October for the same reasons. My husbands parents are coming from out of town so I let them decide the best date for them.

I'm due jan 24th and my shower is set for November 8th. It was the best time for us because it didn't interfere with holidays and left is with time to prepare and all

I'm due January 24th and I live in California but all my family is in Idaho so I'm having two! I'm doing mine November 7th and 14th. Once Thanksgiving hits people get so busy with holidays so I'm just trying to get mine done before all that!

I'm due Jan 23rd and having mine Dec 5th. My sister is due a month before me and didn't want to have a shower in the same month.

I have the same due date and are having mine on 10/18. I would have preferred early Nov but this was the weekend that worked for the majority of my family. I don't think it's too early to have it and people will be happy that they don't have to fit a shower in around their holiday plans.

I'm due 1/7 and my baby shower is 11/8 when I'm 31 weeks. I think having it a little earlier is fine to avoid the holidays. I wanted mine to be before 30 weeks just for the simple fact tha in afraid I'll be uncomfortable and hippo-ish lol

I'm due January 14 we will do my shower end of October beginning of November. That way we don't do it during the holidays.
