Insight MUCH APPRECIATED, is labor starting?

So I just had my bloody show, and earlier today I felt like I was contracting a bit....but I was stuck in traffic with a full bladder so I chalked it up to that

My lower back was hurting and it felt like mild period cramps, I am very well hydrated so I know thay wasn't the cause.

I walked a lot today, I still jave lower back pain and pain in my shoulders and I'm feeling crampy.

I also took a lukewarm bath and am feeling no different.

I have a Dr's appointment in less than 10 hours so I'm seeing how the night goes.

I'm being induced friday but I'd MUCH rather my sweetheart arrive on her own.

Any insights?
