I'm 39+2. I'm having so much trouble sleeping! I have severe carpel tunnel my hands kill me especially at nights and to top it off last few days I started itching like CRAZY! So I scratch myself like a crazy person at nights with my hands that are killing me and they hurt more as I scratch away. Sorry I'm miserable like the most of us right now. I tried a Benadryl last night it didn't help me to sleep. Can I take 2 tonight?
