I feel like I'm dying. Please tell me I'm not alone.

7days postpartum and I've had EXTREEM Diarhhea. Constantly having the urge to go, when it wants to come out nothing will stop it, I actually pooped my pants because I couldn't clench hard enough. (Embarrassing but valid point) it started off as this bright neon yellow, pure water, and now over the past 24 hours it's just clear with tiny specs of feces. I can't eat because the nausea is so bad. Along with that I have a major headache, sweating a ton at night, I'm shaking, I feel like I could have a panic attack at any moment.  I didn't get any medication during my labor it delivery. Just Motrin after for the swelling and stitches. I'm breastfeeding and finding that my production has taken a major hit. I've lost 2-3oz's of milk from each pump. I can't seem to drink enough water. The B.R.A.T treatment isn't working either... Has anyone had this happen or has heard of this happening?
