Ladies I need help?

What do you guys think?!? My stomach been cramping like period cramps (but I got my period on the 15 and it only lasted 4days), I keep getting sick to my stomach, I haven't had the appetite to eat anything, once in while my breasts get sore, I'm breaking out a lot, and not to mention I have a lot of creamy discharge. Are these signs of early pregnancy???

If your having symptoms you should be able to get an accurate test,  cm is not a good indicator of pregnancy and progesterone causes pms to mimic pregnancy it sucks because it tricks us so often run to dollar tree and get you a test fingers crossed for you :)
