"Folded" placenta

Okay so i went for my level 2 ultrasound at 19w4d, yesterday found out were having a baby boy! I am a high risk due to stress and we had a more detailed ultrasound done to check the babys heart because my sister recently had heart surgery for a medical condition, But the tech and Dr discovered that the placenta is "folded" or "lifted" on one end. She assured me that there is probably no cause for concern but i will be going back for another in about 10 weeks to check for proper growth and functions. Also my genetic blood test results have not come back yet.
