Appetite.

Maranda

Hey ladies I have a question. When I was in grade 12 (4/5 years ago) I began to have stomach problems. My appetite went all out of whack and I would throw up after the simplest meals sometimes. It escolated by the time I was 19/20 and soon there was a lot of food I couldn't handle. My doctor assumed it was IBS so I slowly readjusted my diet which took a couple years. When I turned 21 I started to throw up more from every food so I cut out fats amd greasey food. Stopped eating fast food altogether. Ive tried vegan diet, gluten free and even vegetarian.

I started to smoke pot and it actually helped me eat. I began to eat supet healthy meals and no longer struggled to keep food down or even swallow it in the first place.

I found out I was expecting when I just turned 22. I am currently 13 weeks 3 days and of course weed isnt an option ..

But I cant seem to eat anything. Ive lost 20 lbs since becoming pregnant. Its only made my stomach problems worse. Ive been in the emergency room 3 times now on IV fluids. My blood pressure is low and I can hardly eat more than 2 bites of food. I tried to increase my appetite by slowly easing in.. but even something as easy as cucumber I cant stomach much.

Its not about what I eat but the capacity. I am struggling to put on weight for this baby. My baby is healthy but I am worried about myself.

Did any other mamas have severe stomach issues before becoming pregnant? What did you do? I am just sick of not being able to eat enough. I feel so weak all the time.
